SUMMER LEAGUE starts 4/28

• Step One-Fill out team registration form below;
• Step Two-Choose your day and skill below to make payment and secure your spot; 
• All spots are 1st pay, 1st play;
• League Times — 6:30 • 7:25 • 8:20 • 9:15
• 9:15 used as league or flex time — schedules are set in advance
• Annual membership required for all players
• Captains receive a Mako Beach t-shirt when registered during Early Bird signup period; shirts available to pickup after week one
• Standings and schedule are posted weekly at the scoring desk
• Leagues may be combined across skill levels to accommodate teams and ensure everyone gets to play; refunds not available for modified schedules or combined league.
• We have the right to move your team to the right skill level; learn more about Skills. 
• Coed female rule: 5-6 players minimum 2 female |  2-4 players minimum 1 female. 
• Games start ON TIME—play with who is present. 10+ minutes late: first set is a loss; only two sets will be played. After 20 minutes the match is a forfeit.
